Steiff and Swarovski did a series of bears paired with Swarovski ornaments. Most produced were in conjunction with the annual Christmas star ornament. However this time - and I think this was the only time- they produced a lovely sweet bear with a heart crystal ornament which can also be worn carefully as a necklace. She was made in 2007.
The bear is 10 tall standing and she is a light peach mohair bear. Her name "Jewels" is embroidered on one foot. It's hard to measure the crystal piece inside the box but I would guess at approx 1.5. This bear has never been removed from the box HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE there is box damage at the back bottom of the box.
If you are displaying her in the box you will likely never see it. This bear would be perfect to declare love to friend, partner or spouse. Perfect for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or birthdays. Or to keep for the collector. The bear in the photos is the bear you will receive. All of my items come from a smoke free home.
